Gonoshasthaya Kendra gives 200 Covid-19 testing kits to BSMMU

Gonoshasthaya Kendra on Wednesday morning gave 200 rapid testing kits to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) for performance trial of the home-grown Covid-19 kit.
Lead researcher of Gonoshasthaya Pharmaceuticals Dr Bijon Kumar Sil and vice-principle of Gonoshasthaya Samaj Vittik Medical College Dr Mohibullah Khandakar submitted the kits to BSMMU around 11am.
Gonoshasthaya Kendra also handed over Tk 4,35,000 to BSMMU as testing expenditure.
Earlier on Tuesday, BSMMU asked for the kits and money through a letter to Gonoshasthaya.
