6 killed as bus hits private car in Mymensingh

At least six people, including two women and two children, were killed as a bus crashed into a private car in Bhaluka upazila of Mymensingh on Saturday morning.
Identities of the deceased could not be known yet.
The accident took place when a bus of Imam Paribahan, heading to Dhaka from Mymensingh, hit the Mymensingh-bound private car when it was taking a U-turn on Dhaka-Mymensingh highway at Degree Collage Gate area of the upazila around 8:45am, Md Main Uddin, officer-in-charge of Bhaluka Police Station, said.
All five passengers of the private car — likely members of a family — and the driver died on the spot, the police officer said.
