Dhaka’s rail link with Mymensingh-Rajshahi resume after one and half hrs

Dhaka’s rail communication with Mymensingh-Rajshahi has been restored after one and half hours of disruption following the engine of Jamalpur commuter train derailed in Dhiasram Station area of Gazipur city corporation on Wednesday morning.
Shahjahan, chief station master of Joydebpur Junction confirmed this information, adding that the train communications on Dhaka-Mymensingh-Rajshahi routes was restored at around 12:00 pm after the relief trains cleared the track.
Earlier, the accident took place at the area at around 11:00 am.
