Hefazat-e-Islam leader Kasemi in critical condition

Nur Hossain Kasemi, secretary general of Hefazat-e-Islam Bangladesh, is in critical condition at the intensive care unit (ICU) of a hospital in the capital.
Confirming the news, Hefazat press secretary Munir Ahmed said that the physical condition of Kasemi deteriorated further on Saturday morning.
Earlier on Friday, he was moved to the ICU from the High Dependency Unit of the hospital as his condition deteriorated further.
However, he began to feel better on Friday morning, informed Munir adding that Kasemi has tested negative for the Covid-19.
Hefazat and Kashemi’s family sought blessings of the countrymen for his early recovery.
