18 fishermen go missing in Bay

A trawler named FB Hazrat Quaid (R) along with 18 fishermen went missing in the deep Bay of Bengal while fishing.
The owner of the trawler Nurul Islam of Gulishakhali village in Badarkhali union of Barguna, said the fishermen went the Bay for fishing on December 6 with food for 12 days.
But, they did not returned even after 14 days.
Nurul Islam also said that they were unable to communicate with them over mobile phone as they were unreachable. On Monday, the owner of the trawler filed a general diary (GD) with the Barguna police station over the issue.
