University female student killed in city road crash

A female student of a university killed after being hit by a truck in Technical area of the capital early hours of Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Ayesha Akter, 22, was a second year student of Law department at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT).
The speedy truck hit Aysha while she was crossing the road at 12:30 am, leaving her dead on the spot, Mohammad Sohan, sub-inspector (SI) of Darus Salam police station, said.
The SI also said that the body was kept at Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital morgue for autopsy.
