Four die at RMCH’s corona ward

Four people died at coronavirus or Covid-19 ward at Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital (RMCH) in the last 24 hours, according to media report.
Of the deceased, one died of Covid-19 while three others died with symptoms of the virus.
The person died of Covid-19 was the resident of Chapainawabganj and rest others were the inhabitants of Rajshahi.
RMCH deputy director Dr Saiful Ferdous said the four persons died in the hospital’s corona unit between 9:00am on Friday to 9:00am on Saturday.
As many as 289 patients were admitted to the 271-bed corona unit of RMCH till 9:00am on Saturday. Of them, 18 patients are undergoing treatment at ICU. In the last 24 hours, 25 people admitted in the hospital while 33 people left hospital, he added.
