With this, the district’s Covid-19 and suspected death toll climbed to 186 since May 24.
Of them, ten were Covid-19 positive while the rest had symptoms, the sources said.
Three of the deceased were from Rajshahi district, while six from Chapainawabganj, one from Meherpur, and two from Natore district.
According to the RMCH authority, forty-four new patients admitted in the last 24 hours. Among them, 33 are from Rajshahi, 5 from Chapainawabganj, two each from Naogaon and Pabna and one each from Kushtia and Natore.
At present, a number of 307 Covid-19 patients are receiving treatment in RMCH against 271 beds available.
The infection rate in Rajshahi yesterday was 41.18 percent, it was 23.42 percent in Natore, and 38.18 percent in Naogaon.
