Khulna division registers 33 Covid deaths in 24 hours

Khulna reported 33 new deaths from the novel coronavirus infection in a daily count, taking the total number of fatalities to 2,023.
Beside, 981 more people tested positive for the virus, raising the number of total cases to 84,961.
Dr Rasheda Sultana, divisional director of health, confirmed this information on Wednesday.
Of the deceased, Nine are from Kushtia, seven each from Khulna and Jhenaidah, four from Meherpur, three from Jashore, two from Narail and one from Bagerhat.
Apart from, 57,372 people have been cured from the disease so far.
Khulna reported its first Coronavirus case on March 19 last year.
