Khulna division registers 46 Covid deaths in 24 hours

Khulna reported 46 new deaths from the novel coronavirus infection in a daily count, taking the total number of fatalities to 2,217.
Beside, 1,186 more people tested positive for the virus, raising the number of total cases to 88,248.
According to the health director’s office, of the deceased, thirteen are from Kushtia, eleven each from Khulna and Jashore, three each from Bagerhat and Meherpur, two each from Narail and Magura and one from Jhenaidah.
Apart from, 62,582 people have been cured from the disease so far.
Khulna reported its first Coronavirus case on March 19 last year.
