Barishal logs highest-ever 32 deaths of Covid-19

Barisal logged 32 new Covid deaths in 24 hours till Thursday morning, the division’s highest single-day fatalities this year.
Among the dead, 15 people died from coronavirus infections while the rest died with Covid-19 like symptoms.
Shyamal Krishna Mandal, assistant director of Barishal Divisional Health Office, confirmed the matter.
Beside, 858 fresh Covid-19 cases detected among 2,363 sample tests in the last 24 hours.
The positivity rate in the division is 36.31 percent, which is also the highest infection rate so far.
