Forming of a new political party has been announced in the country. Reza Kibria is the convener and former DUCSU VP Nurul Haque is the Member Secretary of the party.

Nurul Haque Nur announced the name at the party’s office in the capital’s Purana Paltan at 12 noon on Tuesday (October 28). Its slogan is ‘People’s Rights, Our Commitment’.

Besides, a committee of 82 members of the party was announced. The joint conveners of the committee are Rashed Khan, Faruk Hasan, Sohrab Hossain, Abu Hanif and Mahfuzur Rahman Khan.

There are four principles of the party. These are–Democracy, justice, rights and national interest. The political work of the party will be conducted based on these four principles. Rashed Khan read out the principles and objectives of the party and 21 points.
