Ctg Medical College closed sine die following BCL factional clash

The authorities concerned have closed Chattogram Medical College and Hospital (CMCH) for indefinite period following a factional clash between two groups of Chhatra League, the student wing of ruling Awami League.
Inspector and in-Charge of CMCH police outpost Nurul Alam confirmed the matter to media on Saturday afternoon.
Three persons – Mahfujul Haque, 23, Naimul Islam, 20, and Akib Hossain, 20 — were injured in the clash. They have been undergoing treatment at the hospital.
Besides, the students have been asked to vacate the dormitories by this evening.
A five-member probe committee has been formed to investigate the incident.
