Tigers reach Oman safely

Bangladesh team arrived in Oman safely on Monday morning to take part in the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup, scheduled to start on October 17 in Muscat.

The flight carrying the Tigers landed at 6:00 am in Muscat, the capital of Oman.

Upon reaching Oman, the Tigers will have to stay in Oman for one day quarantine. Then, they will start practice from tomorrow. After four days of continuous practice, the Tigers will then travel to the UAE on October 9 and will be in quarantine until the next day.

Opener Liton Das and his wife already reached Oman on September 30.

Star cricketers- Shakib Al Hasan and Mustafizur Rahman, who are currently in the UAE for the ongoing IPL, will join the Bangladesh contingent later.

Earlier, the Bangladesh team left Dhaka at 11:45 pm on Sunday.
