Aamir Khan is often called Bollywood’s Mr Perfectionist for churning out blockbuster films such as Lagaan, Taare Zameen Par and more and leaving a legacy behind. But the superstar has busted the popular myth about him about being a perfectionist. In his interview with Humans of Bombya, the actor said that he often takes decisions from his heart and doesn’t care about where it leads to, bollywoodlife reported.
While talking about facing difficult phase in his life, Aamir Khan burst into tears and had to leave the interview for some time and come back again. When he was around 10, his family faced really tough times financially. He said that they were left with almost nothing though his producer father delivered several hits but he couldn’t understand business because of which, the accounts were missing and did not know where the money went.
Aamir Khan said that he was an average student and did not know what career to choose. When he started doing theatres and was a part of rehearsals with actors such as Neena Gupta and Alok Nath, he realised that he loves acting and decided to make a career.
Aamir Khan said that he doesn’t look for perfection in his films but instead looks for magic. Mai magic dhundhta hu, I don’t look for perfection, he said. He also added that he listens to his heart while picking up projects and does it anyway even if his mind tells him that he shouldn’t be doing it.
