India’s COVID-19 death toll climbs to 16,904

India has reported 567,536 cases and 16,904 deaths from coronavirus at 13:42pm till Tuesday (Bangladesh Time), according to latest data from worldometer.

While 335,271 patients have recovered from the disease, 215,361 are active cases, the source said.

Among the active cases, the number of critical patients are 8,944.

In the last 24 hours 18,522 cases of coronavirus have been reported in the country, according to data released by ministry of health of India.
