Popular Medical College’s principal Abdullah-Al-Faruq dies of Covid-19

Professor TIM Abdullah-Al-Faruq, principal of Popular Medical College & Hospital,died of Covid-19 at a hospital in the capital on Tuesday.
He breathed his last at Popular Medical College & Hospital this morning while undergoing treatment.
Dr Rahat Anwar Chowdhury, joint secretary of the Foundation for Doctors’ Safety Rights and Responsibilities (FDSR), confirmed the news to media.
With him, at least 74 doctors have died of Covid-19 so far and eleven others passed away with coronavirus symptoms, according to FDSR.
