All courts of the country will be reopened after the Eid-UL-Azha, said Law Minister Anisul Huq on Thursday, says media report.
As a result, the normal activities on court premises are going to be active after closure of five-month due to coronavirus or Coviod-19 pandemic.
Welcoming this move, the lawyers leaders stressed the need for ensuring health safety on court premises across the country.
The lawyers, who are against virtual court system, said that they will continue their movement until realisation of their five-point demand, including compensation, elimination of corruption and irregularities.
Closure of the courts across the country was first declared on March 26 due to the outbreak of coronavirus. And the closure was extended on several occasions.
