AL local govt nomination board meets this aftrnoon

A meeting of Awami League Local Government Election Nomination Board will be held on Monday afternoon.
The meeting will be held at Prime Minister and AL Chief Sheikh Hasina’s official residence Ganabhaban in the capital at 4:00pm.
Sheikh Hasina, also the president of the nomination board, will preside over the meeting, says a press release.
AL General Secretary Obaidul Quader, also the road transport and bridges minister, requested all concerned to attend the meeting in time.
The ruling party will finalize its candidates for the upcoming local government elections including 3 Zila Parishads, 9 Upazila Parishads and 61 Uunion Parishads in the meeting.
