Woman’s husband Shariful Islam said Runa Parvin was taken to Sadar Hospital on Monday after she went into labour where doctors referred her to Khulna Medical College Hospital (KMCH).
As they took her to the KMCH, doctors described her condition as critical and asked them to send her to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, he said.However, Runa’s family took her to a private hospital in the district town of Satkhira where she gave birth to three boys and a girl through caesarean section around 2am, Shariful said.
Meanwhile, doctors said the mother and her four children were not fully well.
