7.5 degree Celsius temperature recorded in Tetulia

Meteorological Department recorded 7.5 degrees Celsius temperature in Tetulia of Panchagarh on Monday, disrupting normal life and causing suffering to the people of northern parts of the country. It was the lowest temperature during the last count.
Meanwhile, cold-related disease has increased in the winter season. Elderly people and children have been suffering from runny nose, caugh and diarrhea. This year, large number of patients have been admitted to hospitals with cold-related disease.
Met office forcast that a mild to moderate cold wave may sweep over Gopalganj, Sitakunda, Cumilla, Srimangal, Tetulia, and Chuadanga districts and the temperature may drop gradually.
