Mild to moderate cold wave, which is sweeping over Dinajpur, Nilphamari, Bogura, Naogaon and Srimangal, may last for two to three more days, Bangladesh Meteorological Department said
The met office also predicted that rain may occur at different parts of the country by the end of this week.
The lowest temperature was recorded at 7.8 degree Celsius in Srimangal on Sunday, the Met office said.
Moderate to thick fog may occur over different parts of the country during a period from midnight to morning and it may continue till noon in northern region.
Night temperature may drop slightly in country’s southern region and it may remain unchanged elsewhere the country.
However, day temperature may remain unchanged across the country in the next-24 hour starting from 9 am on Sunday.
