Teenager stabbed dead in Savar

An adolescent boy was hacked to death by unidentified miscreants over previous enmity in Bank Colony area in Savar, on the outskirts of Dhaka on Saturday night.
The deceased was identified as Rohanur Rahman Rohan, 16, son of Abdus Sobhan of Kornopara area.
The incident took place in front of Muri Motka restaurant in the area.
AFM Sayed, officer-in-charge of Savar Model Police Station, said Rohan went to a restaurant to take snack where miscreants stabbed him to death.
Later, he was taken to Enam Medical College Hospital where duty on duty doctor declared him dead.
It is still not clear who killed him but the matter is being investigated, he said.
The OC also said efforts are on to arrest the people involved in the killing.
