Man ‘commits suicide’ jumping under train in Khulna

A middle aged man allegedly committed suicide by jumping under a train at Khulna Rail Station on Thursday morning.

Details about the victim, age around 50, could not be known yet.

The incident took place as the Dhaka bound train ‘Chitra Express’ started from the station around 9:00 am near platform no 1, said Ashik Ahmmed, assistant station master of the rail station.
The body of the man was sent to Khulna Medical College Hospital for autopsy.

Further details regarding the incident could not be known immediately.
