Youth crushed under train in Tongi

A youth was crushed to death under the wheel of a train in Tongi Rail Station area on Sunday morning.
The identities of the deceased could not be known yet.
Nur Mohammad, in-charge of Tongi Rail Station Police Outpost, said that a Dhaka-bound train from Tangail hit him while he was crossing the rail line at 10:00am, leaving him injured.
Later, locals took the injured to Tongi Hospital where duty doctor declared him dead, he said.
He also said that the body was kept at the hospital morgue for an autopsy.
