17 more Covid-19 patients die in 3 Khulna hospitals in 24-hr

Seventeen more people died at the Covid units of three Khulna hospitals in the last 24 hours till 8am on Tuesday.
Of them, eight patients died at Khulna Medical College Hospital (KMCH), four at Gazi Medical College Hospital and five at Khulna General Hospital.
Dr Suhas Ranjan Halder, resident medical officer of KMCH and Gazi Mizanur Rahman, owner of Gazi Medical College Hospital, Dr Kazi Abu Rashed, spokesman in Khulna General Hospital Corona unit, individually confirmed the matter.
In the Covid unit of Shaheed Sheikh Abu Naser Specialised Hospital, no patients died in the 24 hours till morning, said Dr Prakash Chandra Debnath, spokesperson of the unit.
