Mostofa Sarwar Farooki tests positive for Covid-19

Internationally acclaimed director Mostofa Sarwar Farooki has tested positive for coronavirus.
Renowned actress Nusrat Imroz Tisha, wife of Farooki, said that she and her husband gave their samples for the Covid-19 tests on Friday and Farooki’s results came back positive while her report came negative for the virus.
Farooki is taking treatment from isolation at his residence in the capital, she said.
Farooki’s maiden web series ‘Ladies & Gentlemen’ has recently been released on ZEE5 Global, the largest OTT platform for South Asian content. The series is produced by his wife Tisha.
Farooki and actress Tisha tied the knot on July 16, 2010.
