ACC approves chargesheet against PK Haldar

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has approved the chargesheet against Prashant Kumar (PK) Haldar, former managing director of International Leasing and Financial Services Limited and 14 of his associates.
According to the ACC sources, the approval was given after finding evidence of illegal assets worth Tk 426 crore, transactions worth Tk 6,060 crore in various banks and smuggling of 1.16 crore in Canada.
The ACC’s public relations department confirmed this information on Wednesday (November 10).
