An allegation of throwing a passenger out of a moving bus found in Lalkhan Bazar area of ​​Chattogram city following a dispute over fare.

The injured passenger is currently undergoing treatment at Chittagong Medical College (CMC) Hospital.

The incident took place around 9:30 pm on Friday (November 12). After the incident, the driver Hasan and helper Ashraf were detained by the city’s Kotwali police station for questioning.

Kotwali police sub-inspector (SI) Sulav said that the driver and the helper were brought to the police station after a passenger was allegedly thrown out of a moving bus on Friday night due to an altercation over fare. They were being interrogated, he added.

He further said that after recovery of the injured passenger, he will also be asked about the incident. Then legal action will be taken, the SI added.
