5 to walk gallows, 3 get life term in Laxmipur farmer murder case

A Laxmipur court on Wednesday awarded death sentence to five accused and life-term imprisonment to three others in farmer Ali Akber murder case of Raypur upazila in the district.

Laxmipur District and Session Judge Rahibul Islam passed the order this morning.

The court also acquitted three others of the charge in the verdict.
