Rail communications between Dhaka and northern-southern regions of the country have been restored around two hours after the engine of a freight train broke down in Sirajganj.
Station Master Ismail Hossen of Bangabandhu Bridge railway station (West) confirmed the matter to media.
The rail communication on the route has become normal after the goods-laden train rescued.
The rail communication of the capital with country’s northern regions was cut off after the engine of a freight train broke down in Mulibari area of Sirajganj on Wednesday noon.
