High Court summons health Director General

The High Court summoned two officials of Directorate General of Health Services, including its Director General (DG), to appear before it on January 8 for their failure to set up Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Coronary care Unit (CCU) at Sadar Hospitals in all districts despite court order.

The bench of Justice JBM Hassan and Justice Md Khairul Alam passed the order after hearing in a case.
