Ex-finance minister Muhith hospitalised again

Former finance minister and Awami League’s advisory council member Abul Maal Abdul Abdul Muhith has been admitted to a hospital in the capital on Saturday.
The veteran politician is now undergoing treatment at Green Life Hospital.
He was admitted to the hospital around 11:30am as his physical condition deteriorated.
Muhith’s younger brother ASA Muiz Sujan, chairman of Palli Shishu Foundation and Delta Hospital in Dhaka, said “The 88-year-old AL leader felt sick as he could not take any oral food”.
Earlier, Muhith had tested positive for Covid-19 in July, 2021 and later recovered.
His family sought prayers for his early recovery.
