Minimum Fitra Tk 75, maximum Tk 2,310

The minimum Fitra of this year has been fixed at Tk 75 per head while maximum at Tk 2,310.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the National Fitra Committee held on Saturday with its chairman and Baitul Mukarram National Mosque’s Khatib Hafez Maulana Mufti Mohammad Ruhul Amin in the chair.

Fitra is paid to the impoverished people before the Eid-ul-Fitr congregation.

 

Mentionable, last year, the minimum Fitra was Tk 70 per head and maximum Tk 2,310.
