Sadia Islam Mou, a leading model in Bangladesh, has played in a drama serial ‘Chad Hase Alo Ase’ which will be telecasted on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

Directed by Arif Khan, Mou has recently played in the six-episode drama serial. In an interview, the actress-cum-model talked about the drama serial and responded to the following questions.

Q. Despite being a leading model, dancer and actress, why are you  not regular in acting?

Mou: I love all three categories. I give the most priority to dance. But I also give priority to modeling and acting. I prefer acting if there is good story, script and important role.

Q. You have palyed at the drama for Eid. Tell me something about the drama.

Mou: Written by Faria Hossain and directed by Arif Hossain, I have completed an Eid drama titled ‘Chand Hase Alo Ase’. The drama is family oriented. Now a days, there is not enough drama which is based on family. As a result, I liked the drama.

Q. Many famous actor and actress have acted in the drama. How did you feel to act with them?

Mou: I played in the drama with very respectful actors such as Ferdousi Mazumder, Dilara Zaman and Dolly Zohur. As an actress, I am very proud of acting with them. In addition, I also acted with Afsana Mimi for the first time. She is my favorite actress.

Q. Can you describe your role of the drama?

Mou: I played in the drama serial as a lady who is living abroad.

Q. Did you start shooting for dance on the occasion of Eid?

Mou: No, I did not start shooting for any dance programme. I may start in the coming days. Actually, I love dancing.
