Two young construction workers died after falling off an under-construction building at Postogola in Dhaka on Saturday.

Both of the deceased were named Rabbi and they hailed from Tangail.

Rabbi, 20, is son of one Liton and Rabbi, 18, is son of one Abbas.

They fell off the second floor of the under-construction building, said their co-worker Sohag.

He said that the accident took place at about 10:00am when they were working in the under-construction textile factory building at Postogola of Kadamtali.

The two workers were doing shuttering work on the second floor when one of them fell off while the other one tried to rescue him and also fell, Sohag said,

The two victims were rushed to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital and died in a gap of an hour gap, said Inspector Bachchu Mia, in-charge of the DMCH police outpost.
