Rain and bad light delayed the scheduled toss for the third and final Twenty20 international between Pakistan and Bangladesh in Lahore on Monday.
At 1:30 pm (0830 GMT) the pitch at the Gadaffi stadium was still covered, and match umpires Ahsan Raza and Shozaib Raza of Pakistan will only inspect conditions once rain stops.
If play does start, Ahsan will become the first umpire to adjudicate in 50 Twenty20 internationals.
Pakistan lead the three-match series 2-0 after winning the first match by five wickets and second by nine — both in Lahore.
Even if the match is abandoned, Pakistan will retain their top position in the Twenty20 world rankings.
