DB arrests Kamal Naser, Nazrul Islam Majumder, Mesbah Uddin

The Detective Branch of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police has arrested Kamal Naser Chowdhury, former principal secretary and adviser to ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina; Mesbah Uddin, former Secretary of youth and sports; Nazrul Islam Majumder, former chairman of Exim Bank and the Bangladesh Association of Banks, and Bashundhara Group coordinator Adnan.
The arrests were made in Dhaka.
The arrests were confirmed by DMP deputy commissioner (media) Talebur Rahman on Wednesday morning.
There are specific cases against the arrested people, he said.
