Actor Siddiqur’s son to stay with his mother: High Court

The High Court (HC) in a verdict on Wednesday said that the six-year-old son of actor Siddiqur Rahman and Maria Mim will stay with his mother.
However, Siddiqur can keep his son with him for two days in a week.
The HC bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahman came up with the order following a writ petition filed by the child’s mother.
Barrister Jyotirmoy Barua stood for the petitioner while lawyer Mohammad Ali argued on behalf of Siddiqur.
The court also asked Siddiqur to give the child to his mother within Thursday (Feb 27).
Mentionable, the child was with his father since Siddiqur Rahman and Maria Mim got divorced on October 19, 2019. The boy was born on June 25, 2013 after the couple got married on May 24, 2012.
