On his arrival at the Hazrat Shajalal Airport in the capital, he was received by Bangladesh Foreign Secretary Masud Bin Monen.
Harsh Vardhan Shringla, who also served as the Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh earlier, arrived in Dhaka at 9:37am on Monday.The Indian Foreign Secretary arrived in Dhaka to finalise programmes of Narendra Modi’s upcoming visit marking the celebration of the 100 year birth anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on March 17.
Harsh Vardhan Shringla will meet Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen and Foreign Secretary Masud Bin Momen today.
Besides, he (Shringla) will deliver a keynote speech at a seminar jointly organised by Bangladesh Institute of International and Strategic Studies (BIISS) and Indian High Commission in Dhaka at a city hotel this morning.
