Bangladesh civil aviation ministry has revealed that two flights of Biman Bangladesh Airlines to Kuwait were cancelled following a one-week ban the country has imposed on flights to and from seven countries over coronavirus outbreak.
The civil aviation ministry revealed the information, says a press release on Saturday.
The press release said one of the flights was scheduled for today while another for Tuesday, March 10.
Further information on the cancelled flights will be disclosed later, the release added.
Mentionable, Kuwait suspended all flights to and from Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Bangladesh, Philippines, India, and Sri Lanka for a week starting today, Kuwait’s civil aviation directorate said in a tweet.
