Coronavirus scenario in SAARC countries

A total of 357,693 people died worldwide including eight SAARC countries from the coronavirus till Thursday, according to latest data from worldometer.

 

The coronavirus or COVID-19 has affected 213 countries and territories around the world and 2 international conveyances.

 

Here are all affected SAARC countries:

 

In India, 158,613 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 4,540 people died and 67,753 people have recovered.

 

In Pakistan, 61,227 people have been affected in the disease. Of them, 1,260 people died and 20,231 people have recovered.

 

In Bangladesh, 40,321 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 559 people have died and 8,415 people have recovered.

 

In Afghanistan, 13,036 people have been affected in the disease. Of them, 235 people have died and 1,209 people have recovered.

 

Sri Lanka, 1,469 people have been affected in the disease. Of them, 10 people have died and 732 people have recovered.

 

In Maldives, 1,457 people have been affected in the disease. Of them, five people died and 197 have recovered from the disease.

 

In Nepal, 886 people have been affected in the disease. Of them, four people died and 183 patients have recovered.

 

In Bhutan, 28 people have been affected in the disease. Of them, six people have recovered. No death from the virus was reported in the country.
