45 officials assigned for monitoring hospitals during Covid-19 pandemic

Some 45 government officials have been assigned to monitor the health care services in different hospitals across the country amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Directorate General of Health Service (DGHS) issued a gazette notification reforming previous monitoring committee in this regard.
The assigned officials will visit hospitals with their monitoring team once in a month and inform the health directorate about the overall scenario of the country’s health sector, according to a press release from the DGHS issued on Thursday.
