Mymensingh senior jail super dies of Covid-19

Md Abu Jahed, senior jail super of Mymensingh Central Jail, died of coronavirus at a hospital in the capital on Sunday noon.
He breathed his last at Rajarbagh Central Police Hospital while undergoing treatment around 12:45 pm.
DIG-Prison of Mymensingh Division Jahangir Kabir confirmed this information to media.
Dr Monwar Hasanat, superintendent of the police hospital, said that Jahed was admitted to Mymensingh Medical College and Hospital (MMCH) on July 7 with fever and breathing problems and tested positive for the virus on July 11.
Later, he was shifted to Rajarbagh Central Police Hospital for better treatment where he tested positive for coronavirus on July 11.
