Workers Party leader Kamrul Ahsan tests positive for Covid-19, hospitalised

Comrade Kamrul Ahsan, a member of the politburo of Workers Party of Bangladesh (WPB) and president of the National Workers Federation, has been admitted to the Corona Unit of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Medical University (BSMMU) Hospital after contracting the coronavirus on Saturday night.
Confirming the news, Mostafa Alamgir Ratan, a member of the Central Publicity Department of the Workers Party, said he is doing well.
Workers Party president Rashed Khan Menon (MP) and General Secretary Comrade Fazle Hossain Badsha (MP) wished for his quick recovery.
