Prof Asabul Haque new proctor of RU

Professor Dr Asabul Haque, a teacher of Mathematics Department, has been appointed as the new proctor of Rajshahi University (RU).
Professor Pradeep Kumar, administrator of the university’s public relations department, confirmed the information on Wednesday afternoon.
Earlier on Tuesday night, the university authorities removed acting proctor Assistant Professor Leaket Ali from his post following student protest over the death of a fourth-year student in a road accident on the campus.
