Onion price drops, fish-meat-vegetable prices stable

Prices of onion along with carrot and green papaya have dropped in the Dhaka kitchen market.
But, most of the vegetables and chicken along with beaf are being sold at previous price. Fish price is also stable.
Onion is being sold at Tk 45-Tk50 per kg while it was being sold at Tk 50-Tk55 last week.
In addition, traders are selling broiler chicken at Tk145-Tk150 per kg while Pakistani Cock at Tk 250-280 per kg. But, there is no change in chicken price within a week.
Vegetable traders are selling carrot at the highest price. One kilogram carrot is being sold at Tk 120-Tk150 which was at Tk 170 to Tk180 a week ago.
