JP nominates GM Quader as opposition leader, Annisul deputy leader, Fakhrul Imam chief whip

The Jatiya Party (JP) has wanted to see its chairman GM Quader as the leader of the opposition and senior co-chairman Annisul Islam Mahmud as deputy leader of the opposition in the National Parliament, party insiders said.
Another senior leader of the party Fakhrul Imam has also been nominated as the chief whip of the opposition in the Parliament.
Parliamentary Committee of the party has already nominated the above leaders for the positions and wants to see the changes.
They are likely to be appointed in the posts ahead of the upcoming Parliament session.
