Today is the fourth anniversary of the death of acclaimed actor Tele Samad, widely known for his outstanding acting as a comedian.
Samad was the most sought-after actor throughout the 1970s and early 80s. Samad had acted in around 600 films and lent his voice to playback songs for around 60 films. He acted in films, including Sujan Sakhi, Golapi Ekhan Trene, Paye Chalar Path, Nagardola, Matir Ghar, Natun Bou and others. The last film he acted in was Animesh Aich’s ‘Zero Degree’ in 2015.
He died on April 6, 2019.
