Family members meet Khaleda Zia at BSMMU

Family members of BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia went to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) in the capital to meet her on Tuesday.
Confirming this to media, BNP chairperson’s media wing officer Shairul Kabir Khan said, “Five family members went to BSMMU to meet Khaleda Zia, currently serving her jail sentence in a graft case since 8 February 2018.”
They arrived at the hospital at around 3:00 pm, he said.
Those, who visited former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia, are her sister Selima Islam, in-law Fatemia Reza, Kaniz Fatemia (wife of her brother Shamim Iskander), nephew Ovik Iskandar and niece Shahina Jaman Khan.
